REGISTRATION PROCESS
Please fill out the registration form (click here) and forward it to the provided address by regular mail, email or fax. Please include a check for the registration fee or a credit card authorization (click here).

The number of course participants will be limited to 40. The number of slots for students and trainees will also be limited.

If cancelled more than 30 days before the course starts, enrolled participants will be subject to an $800 registration fee. There will be no refund of fees if registration is canceled 30 days or less before the course begins. Substitution of enrolled course participants with another person from the same organization is acceptable.

Regular (after March 1)        $ 2,575
Regular (before March 1)     $ 2,175
Academia or government     $ 1,675
Student/trainee (documentation of status required)     $ 1,375

Registration fee includes access to all course sessions, printed course material, lunch and coffee breaks, and a joint dinner on Thursday night. Reservations will only be acknowledged and participation in the course guaranteed after receipt of both the registration form AND the registration fee.
